Wine provided by: The Wine Cabinet

90+ CELLARS RIESLING
The grapes are picked from vines grown in predominantly slate soils on steep slopes throughout the Mosel Saar River valleys. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel, resulting in a crisp, off-dry style Riesling. Fragrant aromas of white peach, nectarine and Bosc pear backed by pastoral scents of hay or straw. Slightly sweet and refreshingly juicy, you may just be inclined to sip it faster than a Maybach on the autobahn.

PAUL D ROMANA – Think Pinot Grigio
Look: clear, bright yellow with a hint of green .Fruit, fresh grass, floral and aromatic, elderflower, dried apricot fresh, green pepper, elderflower, crisp, clean aromatic finish

BAUER WAGRAM GRUNER VELTLINER – Think Sauvignon Blanc
Wonderful, brilliant yellow; everything in the nose what one may desire from a Veltliner: multi-layered fruit and multi-layered spice, pepper, nut, apple and exotic; very stimulating bouquet, immediately unfolding finesse; lively bundle, desiring to have the next sip. Grüner Veltliner can be so lovely in this style much like a racy Sauvignon Blanc.

HACIENDA CHARDONNAY
This Chardonnay comes from select vineyards in California. All the grapes are harvested at the optimum level of maturity. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in a combination of new and used oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The fermentation was kept cold to ensure a slow process that retains the natural fruitiness of the grapes. Golden yellow in color, our Chardonnay invites you in with its vanilla and brown sugar aromatics. Hints of oak and cinnamon-kissed green apple flavors create a very smooth wine with a soft fruity finish.

Paul D SECCO ROSE SPARKLING
Gently sparkling and fine fruity: that’s – the pink creation from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The bouquet is reminiscent of strawberries, the palate appears refreshing with a particularly elegant perfumed, fruity and nuanced, with a well-integrated acidity and harmonious finish.

STEININGER DRY CABERNET ROSE’
Citrus rather than red fruit plays on the nose of this Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. The palate echoes that zesty verve, finishing lip-smackingly dry. An easy but fun summer wine.

HILLINGER SMALL HILL Think Merlot
Wonderful soft and supple cuvee of 50% Merlot, 50% Pinot Noir. The flavors remind of dark berries and delicately showing through some chocolate. Perfect harmony on the palate

BAUER ZWEIGELT Think Pinot Noir
This is a very elegant wine, harmonious, filled with ripe black cherry and subtle mocha notes. The palate features ripe deep fruit with a gentle smooth medium-bodied mouth feel. The finish is long and has slightly spicy peppery nuances. Austrian reds feature amazingly pure fruit flavors– have this Zweigelt with your next barbeque or at your next party

HACIENDA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from select vineyards in California with warm days and cool nights. These vineyards are characterized by a long growing season which helps develop ripe and round fruit flavors. This wine was aged for 12 months in neutral oak. Flavors of red cherry, anise, and a hint of vanilla, abound in this Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is well balanced with medium tannins, a smooth mid-palate and a spicy, coffee finish.
